- What it is: A blend of Assyritiko & Athuru grapes grown on the volcanic island of Santorini using a unique vining system - training the vines into “baskets” with the grapes growing on the inside to shield from the harsh winds.
- Smells & Tastes: Reminiscent of chablis with aromas of wet rock and oyster shell. Crisp minerality immediately up front, but finishing round, rich and creamy.
