Cardedu Bucce Macerato

What it is: A delicate "orange wine" made from Vermentino, Cannonau, Nasco grapes in Sardinia 

Smells & Tastes: Salty nose with hints of peppermint and stemy herbs. This is not a fruity wine. Think savory, creamy, medium bodied with a loooong finish. 

Drink with: pork, chicken, cheese, oily white fish
