Domaine La Grange Tiphaine "Ad Libitum" Red Blend 2021

What it is: A blend of Cot, Gamay and Cab Franc from the Loire Valley. Ad Libitum = "as much or as often as necessary or desired" - similar to how they farm and make wine! All organic and biodynamic. No oak.

Smells & Tastes: Aromas of coffee beans and dark red berries with a deceiving lighter palate emitting juicy ripe raspberry and bursts of pomegranate. Great summer red and wouldn't mind a slight chill. 

Drink With:  Grilled veggies or BBQ proteins. Charcuterie boards. On its own.
