Domaine de Sulauze "Cochon" Red Blend 2022

What it is: An organic and biodynamic winery, brewery and a mixed bag farm in the region of Provence! This red summer crusher is a blend of all of their red grapes such as the name suggests: "cochon" or the whole hog! All made in stainless steel and no SO2 from 15 year old vines.

Tastes & Smells: Bright, fresh rip red berries. Unabashed, chuggable red. Don't be afraid to put a slight chill on this wine.

Drink with: summer picnics, charcuterie boards, on its own.
